SINGLE JACKET FIRE HOSE
Single jacket constructions consist of a synthetic rubber liner combined with a closely woven textile single jacket. The jacket may be a combination of cotton and polyester or 100% synthetic material, such as DuPont Dacron polyester. Jackets are precisely woven, with filler yarns completely covering the warp yarn for greater strength and abrasion resistance.

DOUBLE JACKET FIRE HOSE
Double jacket constructions include a second closely woven jacket for extra durability, safety factor, and higher test pressures. The jackets are matched to assure a precision fit to meet precise hydrostatic requirements as required by Underwriters, Factory Mutual, NFPA and federal specifications.

Teflon Lined Flexible Hose
Handles gases, liquids, light solids and corrosive, sticky materials. Nonstick quality of the Teflon liner aids flow. Carries lubricants, food products, adhesives, ink, and pharmaceutical products. Vents fuel, low-pressure stream and corrosive fumes.
Construction: Inner 4 mil thick Teflon liner, bonded to one or more piles (larger the diameter, the more piles) of neoprene or silicone rubber coated fiberglass. This is covered by a spring steel wire helix. Outer cover is neoprene or silicone rubber coated woven fiberglass. Coated fiberglass cord on outside.
