EPDM SHEET
EPDM - ASTM designation "EPDM" is composed of Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer as the major elastomer in this sheet. EPDM sheet is used in presence of heat - steam - ozone - chemicals. Shows excellent resistance to acids - Alkalis - Hydraulic Fluids - excellent electrical insulation.
Properly designed EPDM products are applicable in temperature range -65 to +300F. Intermittent service to +350F. Normally poor flame resistance. Used for cut gaskets - strips - flanges - door seals and applications where resistance to wide range of chemicals - heat - ozone - weather. Not recommended for petroleum oil service.
BUCKER-UP STRIP
Used on vibrating screens between support bars and screen cloth. It cushions and insulates to prolong cloth life and reduce noise. This is a rugged product of excellent abrasion and weather resistance. Extruded to shape through special dies to maintain close dimensional tolerance. Packaged approx. 100 ft. per box.
